Hey, I'm Greta Bell (: I’m a full-time artist with a love for collaboration and a passion for telling stories through a cinematic lens.

 

I’m currently pursuing my MFA in Studio Arts at Purdue University, where I also instruct undergraduate courses within the College of Liberal Arts. My foundation as a fine artist informs every aspect of my photography. I’m drawn to the in-between, quiet moments of life, and I approach each project with an editorial sensibility rooted in connection, nostalgia, and presence.

When I’m not in my studio, you can usually find me on a photo walk with my Polaroid camera, watching a surrealist film (RIP David Lynch), or reading one of the many books on my to-be-read list. I also have a coffee addiction, so if you want to add a stop during our session I’ll always say yes! 

 

Whether I’m documenting a wedding, a personal milestone, or creative brand visuals, my work blends thoughtful composition with emotional depth. I’ve worked on the marketing teams at Purdue University and Kent State University, and I regularly collaborate with independent brands and individuals who value intentional, meaningful imagery. I enjoy working alongside clients to create something timeless — photographs that feel like art and your new most-treasured keepsakes all at the same time.
